| The Ranking system has been restructured to better suit the needs of a growing guild the ranks are as follows
Guild Leader This is me Pay no real attention to it as I just sit pretty and have no real power 
Guild Mistress You know how they say behind every great man is a great woman, Its not the case she is better so I deal 
Officer These people are here to help with recruiting, operation times, questions or just general votes and proposals.
Lieutenant In charge of operations directly and responsible for Blue ops status and goals for the week also have a vote and say.
Red op/Blue op This is technically the same rank it is there to help people know what they are doing that night and who they can ask for info or just so they know if they are running Hardmode or Normal Operations
Member This rank is for social players that also have a the urge to play in a more hardcore capacity but just do not have the time it still warrant's the same respect as any one in the guild it shows they are a member of this guild and are always ready to have a great time.
Recruit this is the rank for people who have not shown the proper attitude or skill level needed to be any of the ranks above they have not researched their class and NEED HELP so help them out talk to them make sure they know what they are doing No one should ever hold this rank more then a day or two
Finally I get to "Taking a break" which is for players that have been with us a long time but showed the determination and friendship we would like to promote in the guild the people in this rank are unable to play with life and other things on the go it is understandable they are always welcome back to join in on the fun the laughs and most importantly the win that In Carbonite brings to the table
So that's it really not much more after that if you take issue with your current rank or would like to see it changed by all mean's bring it up to one of the officers in guild or myself I am always happy to help.
